You can take a taxi to get there which is the easiest way. Alternatively, you can also take the metro to Botafogo station and get to the cable car entrance. The third cheapest way is by bus. Both the 511 “Ataulfo de Paiva” sign and the 512 “Bartholomew meter” can get you there. You can only pay on the bus with a check board which will be cash only and no change will be given.
